The rooftop is located on the 14th floor of Dear Hotel, at Gran Vía 80, on the corner of Plaza de España in the centre of Madrid.
- What are the rooftop opening hours?
Rooftop bar is open Monday to Thursday and Sunday from 1:00 pm until midnight, and Friday and Saturday from 1:00 pm until 1:00 am. Open to both hotel guests and external customers. No reservations for rooftop bar. Reservations available only for restaurant at www.nicetomeetyoumadrid.com
Rooftop pool is open daily from 7:00 am to 7:00 pm in summer and from 10:00 am to 5:00 pm during winter months where is heated and is exclusively available to hotel guests. No day passes available for external customers.
- Do I need to be staying at the hotel to visit the rooftop?
No. Everyone is welcome to visit the rooftop for drinks, the breakfast buffet or lunch and dinner at Nice To Meet You Restaurant. However, access to the swimming pool is reserved exclusively for hotel guests.
- Is there a restaurant on the rooftop?
Yes, the Nice To Meet You Restaurant offers contemporary Mediterranean cuisine in a bright indoor dining room as well as on the outdoor terrace, making it an ideal spot for lunch or dinner with a view.

Yes. You’re welcome to visit the sky bar without a reservation, subject to availability.
- Is there a swimming pool on the rooftop?
Yes. The rooftop features an outdoor pool with a sun deck and loungers. However, the pool is exclusively for hotel guests.
